New Delhi: Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO), a government-owned financial institution, has revised the record date for its final dividend for the financial year 2024–25. The record date has been shifted from September 8, 2025, to September 9, 2025.
Change Due to RBI Settlement Holiday
HUDCO announced that the revision came after requests from stock exchanges, following the Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) declaration of a clearing and settlement holiday on September 8, 2025. Consequently, the record date mentioned in HUDCO’s AGM Notice dated August 22, 2025, and the Annual Report for FY 2024–25, now stands updated to September 9, 2025.
AGM and Dividend Payment Timeline
HUDCO has scheduled its 55th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for September 15, 2025. The final dividend on equity shares, as recommended by the Board of Directors, will be declared at the AGM. If approved, the dividend will be credited to eligible shareholders within 30 days of declaration, in line with regulatory requirements.
