Varanasi: In a significant step towards promoting skill development and employment, Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Limited (HURL), under its flagship CSR initiative Project SAKSHAM, celebrated the successful completion of a six-month free Skill Development Training Programme at CIPET (Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering & Technology), Varanasi. The programme focused on two key trades: Machine Operator–Plastic Processing (MO-PP) and Machine Operator–Injection Moulding (MO-IM).

Organised in collaboration with CIPET, this initiative is part of HURL’s broader vision under Project SAKSHAM to build industry-ready youth, especially from underprivileged and rural backgrounds. The training, offered free of cost, equips participants with hands-on technical skills and practical experience aligned with the needs of the manufacturing sector.
