Amidst a recent development, the Ministry of Defence’s proposal of repatriating senior bureaucrat, the 2008-batch IAS officer, Mr Anoop Khinchi, to his parent cadre in Nagaland, enabling him to reap the benefits of promotion was accepted by the competent authority. Mr. Khinchi had served as the Director of the Department of Defence in Delhi.
