2010 batch IAS officer Devinder Singh who is the Director, Social Justice, Empowerment, and Minorities with additional charge of Member Secretary, Punjab State Scheduled Castes Commission and Punjab State Backward classes has been placed at the disposal of Department of Cooperation for posting as Managing Director of the Punjab State Cooperative Bank Limited.
