2013 batch IAS officer Hemant Kumar of AGMUT cadre has been relocated from Delhi to Andaman and Nicobar Islands with immediate effect. The Ministry of Home Affairs has issued the transfer order.
Mr. Kumar is currently holding the position of Special Secretary in the AR, Delhi. The officer has been directed to report to the Chief Secretary of Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
