IAS officer Lingraj Panda, currently posted as the Sub Divisional Magistrate and Sub-Collector in the Government of Odisha, has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Department of School Education & Literacy, New Delhi, under the Central Staffing Scheme for four years.
