The government of Punjab, on March 5th, transferred as many as 10 IAS officers and reshuffled 26 PCS officers.
Mr. Daljit Singh Mangat (2005 batch IAS), the incumbent Commissioner of Patiala, was mandated to assume charge as the secretary of Lokpal.
Ms. Amrit Kaur Gill (2010 batch IAS), the incumbent secretary in the Punjab State Agricultural Marketing Board, was appointed special secretary in the Department of Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare.
Mr. Kulwant Singh (2012 batch IAS), the incumbent deputy commissioner of Moga, was given additional charge as the Commissioner of the Moga Municipal Corporation.
Ms. Amandeep Kaur (2015 batch IAS) was mandated to assume charge as special secretary in the Department of Home Affairs and Justice.
