1990 batch IAS officer of Jharkhand cadre, S.K.G. Rahate, has been given additional charge of Secretary, Legislative Department in Delhi. The competent authority has approved his appointment.
Mr Rahate is presently holding the charge of Secretary, Justice Department.
He will held the post during the period of absence on leave of Dr. Reeta Vasishta till July 2, 2023.
