IAS officer Bharat Harbanslal presently Advisor (Regulatory Reforms), Government of Himachal Pradesh at New Delhi and Principal Secretary (PWD, Home & Vigilance, GAD, SAD, Sainik Welfare and Parliamentary Affairs) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, Himachal Pradesh, State Taxes & Excise and Information & Public Relations.
