2009 batch IAS officer of Madhya Pradesh cadre, Dr. Tejaswi S Naik, has been appointed as Private Secretary to Mr. Arjun Munda, Minister for Agriculture & Farmers Welfare and Tribal Affairs.
He will be posted at the level of Director with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for a period up to 14.12.2027.
Since December 2022, Mr. Naik has been on central deputation. In between, he served as the Managing Director of MP Jal Nigam in Madhya Pradesh and, now, he has been appointed as the Private Secretary to the Union Agriculture Minister.
Originally from Karnataka, Dr. Tejaswi has served important positions in the state of Madhya Pradesh, such as Commissioner, Bhopal Municipal Corporation and DM of Barwani.
