1997 batch IAS officer of Karnataka cadre, Mr. Harsh Gupta, has been given premature repatriation to his home cadre with the condition of extended cooling off.
He is currently posted as Project Director (JS level), National Cyclone Risk Mitigation Project (NCRMP), National Disaster Management Authority, Ministry of Home Affairs.
