Mr. Surendra Singh, IAS, presently Secretary to Hon’ble Lt. Governor, Delhi shall hold the additional charge of Officer on Special Duty (OSD) in New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) in addition to his present assignment, according to an order issued by the Government.
