In Madhya Pradesh, General Administration Department informed that the voluntary retirement of Dr. Manohar Agnani, a 1993 batch Indian Administrative Service officer, has been approved by relaxing the prescribed rules. It is not clear what was Dr. Manohar’s haste to relax the rules. Apart from this, the personal assistant of Minister Kamal Patel has been sent back to his parent department.
Government informed that under the provisions of Rule 16(2) of the All India Services (DCRB) Rules 1958 Dr. Manohar Agnani IAS-1993, the condition of prior notice of 3 months prescribed for voluntary retirement is relaxed. With this, voluntary retirement is accepted from 6 January 2030.
While in an other case, according to an order issued by the Ministry of General Administration Department, Chaitanya Prakash Jain, posted as Assistant Grade 3 in the private establishment of the Minister of Farmers Welfare and Agriculture Development Department, Mr. Kamal Patel, is sent back to his parent department, Tehsil Office, Gohad, District Bhind.
