Ms. Rubal Prakhar Agarwal (2008 batch IAS officer) succeeded Dr. Sanjay Mukherjee (1996 batch IAS officer) as the new Managing Director of the Maha Mumbai Metro Operation Corporation LTD (MMMOCL).
Mr. Agarwal had earlier served as the Commissioner of the Integrated Child Development Services Scheme in Maharashtra and has extensive experience in the bureaucratic domain. She is expected to play a pivotal role in MMMOCL’s mission to not only operate and maintain metro lines and the Mumbai Monorail but also to construct 337 kilometres of metro lines in the MMR region.
