2008 batch IAS officer Anoop Khinchi has been appointed to the post of Director of Census Operation (DCO)/Director of Citizen Registration (DCR) (Director level) of Nagaland.
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), the Competent Authority has approved the appointment of Khinchi to the post under the Central Staffing Scheme with effect from the date of taking over charge of the post and for a period up to 31.12.2025 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
