After a major transfer in Police department in Uttar Pradesh, the Yogi Adityanath led state government has issued orders for a big reshuffle in bureaucracy. The government has transferred and posted 19 IPS officers, including 8 District Magistrates.
Many of these IAS officers were posted at the same place for a period of three years. They have been removed on the instructions of the Election Commission.
2013 batch IAS officer Joginder Singh has been made DM of Pilibhit. he posted in Bareilly as Vice Chairman of Bareilly Development Authority.
2010 batch IAS officer Indra Vikram Singh has been appointed as DM, Ghaziabad. He was DM, Aligarh.
While Ghaziabad DM, Mr Rakesh Kumar Singh (II), a promotee IAS officer of 2016 batch, has been made DM of Kanpur Nagar.
2011 batch IAS officer Vishak G Ayyar who was posted as DM of Kanpur city, has been made DM of Aligarh.
Sanjay Kumar Singh I, a promotee IAS officer of 2011 batch and Farrukhabad DM, has been sent to Rampur as DM.
2013 batch IAS officer and Rampur DM, Mr Ravindra Kumar Mander has been made DM of Jaunpur.
2009 batch IAS officer and Jaunpur DM, Mr Anuj Jha has been made Additional Chief Electoral Officer.
Mr BK Singh, a promotee IAS officer of 2019 batch and posted as Estate officer&Special Secretary in Estate Department, has been made DM of Farrukhabad.
2015 batch IAS officer Nisha Anand, posted in the Labor Department, has been made the DM of Amethi.
2017 batch IAS officer Divyanshu Patel has been Municipal Commissioner of Moradabad. He was posted as Special Secretary, Food Safety and Drug Administration Department.
2017 batch IAS officer Manikanandan A. has been made the Vice Chairman of Bareilly Development Authority. He was Chief Development Officer of Agra.
Apart from this, many Chief Development Officers have also been transferred. But the Appointment Department has not given official information about these transfers.
