In a major administrative reshuffle in Uttar Pradesh, the Yogi Adityanath led government has transferred and posted 6 IAS officers.
2009 batch IAS officer and Director General School Education, Mr. Vijay Kiran Anand, has been given the responsibility of Kumbh Mela.
While Inspector General of Registration and 2009 batch IAS officer Kanchan Verma has been appointed as the new Director General of School Education.
Secretary Secondary Education Dr. Rupesh Kumar, an IAS officer of 2010 batch, has been entrusted with the responsibility of Inspector-in-charge of Registration, in place of Ms. Kanchan Verma.
2008 batch IAS officer and Special Secretary, Agriculture Production Commissioner Branch, Mr Sukhlal Bharti has been made the Special Secretary, Secondary Education.
Additional Food Commissioner and Secretary, Vigilance Commission, Anil Kumar, has been posted as In-charge Commissioner and Registrar Cooperative Societies.
Dr. Bipin Kumar Mishra, an IAS officer of 2017 batch, posted as Additional Housing Commissioner in Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Council, has been given the responsibility of Additional Food Commissioner and Secretary Vigilance Commission.
Apart from this, 15 IPS officers have also been transferred and posted in the state.
