After completing their district training at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) in Mussoorie, several 2022 batch IAS Officer Trainees were designated as Assistant Secretaries across various Central Ministries and Departments of the Union government. These officers have been actively participating in the day-to-day operations of their assigned duties from May 20 to July 12 for eight weeks.

Trainee officers who shall serve as Assistant Secretaries in the Ministry of Personnel & Training are:

  • Mr. Divyansh Singh (Rajasthan cadre), who holds a B.Tech degree, recently concluded his District training as an Assistant Collector in Jalore, Rajasthan.
  • Mr. Utkarsh Dwivedi (Uttar Pradesh cadre), who holds a B.Tech degree, recently concluded his District training as an Assistant Collector in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh.
  • Mr. Yuvraj Marmat (Chhattisgarh cadre), who holds a B.Tech degree, recently concluded his District training as an Assistant Collector in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh.

Trainee officers who shall serve as Assistant Secretaries in the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy:

  • Mr. Jaspinder Singh (Punjab cadre), who holds a B.A. and LL.B. degree, recently concluded his District training as an Assistant Collector in Sangrur, Punjab.
  • Mr. Karthik Panigrahi (Kerala Cadre), who holds an M.A. (History) degree, recently concluded his District training as an Assistant Collector in Thrissur, Kerala.

Trainee officers who shall serve as Assistant Secretaries in the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME):

  • Ms. Anjali Sharma (Maharashtra cadre), who holds an M.Com. degree, recently concluded her District training as a Supernumerary Assistant Collector in Nandurbar, Maharashtra.
  • Mr. Gajanan Bale (Karnataka cadre), who holds a B.E. degree, recently concluded his District training at Gulbarga in Karnataka.

Trainee officers who shall serve as Assistant Secretaries in the Ministry of Rural Development are:

  • Mr. Narayan Amit Malempati (Telangana cadre), who holds a B.Tech. degree, recently concluded his District training as an Assistant Collector in Vikarabad, Telangana.
  • Mr. Rituraj Pratap Singh (Bihar cadre), who holds a B.Tech. degree, recently concluded his District training as an Assistant Collector in East Champaran, Bihar.
  • Ms. Shreya Shree (Bihar cadre), who holds an M.Sc. degree, recently concluded her District training as an Assistant Collector in Saran, Bihar.

Trainee officers who shall serve as Assistant Secretaries in the Ministry of Labour & Employment are:

  • Ms. Ishita Rathi (AGMUT cadre), who holds a B.A. degree, recently concluded her District training as Attached with the Deputy Commissioner in Jammu.
  • Mr. Ravi Kumar (Jharkhand cadre), who holds a B. Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering, recently concluded his District training as Assistant Magistrate-cum-Assistant Collector of Palamu in Jharkhand.
  • Ms. Sulochana Meena (Jharkhand cadre), who holds a B.Sc.(Hons) in Botany degree, recently concluded her District training as Assistant Magistrate-cum-Assistant Collector of Hazaribag in Jharkhand.

Trainee officers who shall serve as Assistant Secretaries in the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting:

  • Mr. Raghvendra Meena (Andhra Pradesh cadre), who holds a B. Tech. degree, recently concluded his District training as an Assistant Collector in Srikakulam District, Andhra Pradesh.
  • Mr. Vivek Kumar Modi (Punjab cadre), who holds a degree in Chartered Accountant, recently concluded his District training as an Assistant Collector in Amritsar, Punjab.

Trainee officers who shall serve as Assistant Secretaries in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs:

  • Mr. Anendya Raajsshre (Assam Meghalaya cadre), who holds a degree in B.E., recently concluded his District training as an Assistant Commissioner in East Khasi Hills District, Shillong, Meghalaya.
  • Ms. Anjali Shrotriya (Haryana cadre) recently concluded her District training as Assistant Collector – Rohtak, Haryana.
  • Mr. Arjit Mahajan (Assam Meghalaya cadre), who holds a degree in B.Tech in Production Engg. (Indl Engg.), recently concluded his District training as an Assistant Commissioner in Lakhimpur, Assam.
  • Mr. Arpit Sangal (Haryana cadre), who holds a B. Tech. degree, recently concluded his District training as an Assistant Collector in Hisar, Haryana.
