IAS Vikas Narwal Given Addl Charge of Chairperson (JS Level), Cochin Port Authority

2008 batch IPS officer Vikas Narwal of Madhya Pradesh cadre, who is currently serving as the Deputy Chairperson of the Cochin Port Authority, has received retrospective approval for the additional responsibility of Chairperson at the Joint Secretary level within the same authority.
