The Government of India has appointed senior diplomat Mr. Soumendu Bagchi (1993 batch IFS), as India’s new Ambassador to the Republic of Iraq. Mr. Bagchi presently serves as the Deputy Director General in the Indian Council of World Affairs (ICWA).
