Ranchi: The Hemant Soren-led Jharkhand government has carried out a significant bureaucratic reshuffle within the Forest and Climate Change Department, transferring and assigning new responsibilities to eight Indian Forest Service (IFS) officers. The move aims to strengthen departmental functioning and accelerate environmental and afforestation projects across the state.
