The Indian Railways has announced a series of senior-level postings and transfers involving officers from various engineering and protection services across multiple zones:
- G. Ramesh Kumar Reddy, IRSE officer and current Chief Engineer (TP), South Central Railway, has been appointed as Chief Project Director/SD within Indian Railways.
- Syed Sarfaraz Ahmad, IRPFS officer serving as DIG-cum-Chief Security Commissioner (CSC) on South Western Railway, has been transferred to Northern Railway in the same capacity.
- S. Louis Amuthan, IRPFS officer and DIG-cum-CSC, East Central Railway, has been transferred to South Western Railway in the same post.
- Jag Ram Meena, IRSEE officer on West Central Railway, has been posted as Chief Electrical Distribution Engineer.
- Lakhan Lal Meena, IRSEE officer on North Western Railway, has been appointed Chief Electrical Signal Engineer.
- Ganesh, IRSEE officer with Southern Railway, has been posted as Principal Chief Signal Officer.
- Satya Veer Singh Yadav, IRSEE officer currently on Northern Railway, has been appointed Principal Chief Electrical Engineer (Projects).
- Vinay Kumar Garg, IRSEE officer serving at RDSO, has been posted as Principal Executive Director, SE at RDSO itself.
- The tenure of Sunil Kumar Tiwari, IRSEE officer and Additional Divisional Railway Manager (ADRM), Mumbai Central, Western Railway, has been extended by one year.
