Ms. Firdaus Khan, SS/IRSSE, has been transferred to CoE/IRISET and appointed as Joint Director/S&T/CoE/Kavach, a strategic role aligned with the railway’s indigenous safety initiative.

Nand Ram, NF-HAG/IRSE, has been shifted from North Eastern Railway to Central Railway.

Rahul Srivastava has been transferred to North Eastern Railway.

J.N. Gupta, JAG/IRTS, has been transferred from Central Railway to North Eastern Railway.

Ms. Neeti Sarkar, NF-HAG/IRAS, has been moved from South Central Railway to North Western Railway and posted as Principal Financial Adviser (Construction).

The Indian Railways conducts such transfers periodically to rotate leadership, bring fresh perspectives to key roles, and align with evolving project priorities across its network. These changes come at a time when the Railways is focusing on modernization, safety upgrades, and infrastructure expansion, making these appointments critical to the execution of ongoing and upcoming projects.
