The training initiative will be executed through IndianOil’s Mathura Refinery, Guwahati Refinery, and Refineries Headquarters, in collaboration with CIPET centres in Lucknow, Guwahati, and Murthal (Haryana).
Participants will receive hands-on training, technical guidance, and industry exposure, helping bridge the skill gap in India’s manufacturing and petrochemicals ecosystem.

Strengthening India’s Manufacturing Workforce

The programme aims to contribute to national capacity building by preparing technically trained professionals who can support the country’s manufacturing goals.
