IPS Anil Kumar Rai Felicitated With President Police Medal

2002 batch IPS Officer Anil Kumar Rai has been felicitated with President Police medal for his distinguished services by the Hon’ble Chief Minister Yogi Aditynath on October 2nd, 2021. President's Police Medal is a decoration awarded to the people from law enforcement in India which was established on 1 March 1951. The medal was originally called the President's Police and Fire Service Medal and is given for gallantry or distinguished service. IPS officer Anil Kumar Rai is currently serving as the Inspector General of Basti Range, Uttar Pradesh. Previously he also served as DIG, PAC in the state.
