The Union government has recently deputed IPS Nayyar Hasnain Khan to assume charge as the Inspector General of Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB). Officer Khan is a 1996-batch IPS officer of the Bihar cadre who had previously held charges of ADG (Provisioning) of Delhi Police and as ADG (Economic Offence Wing) of Bihar Police.
