CBI: Two Gujarat IPS Among 3 Whose Deputation Tenure Extended

Deputation tenure of 2005 batch IPS officer Raghavendra Vatsa of Gujarat cadre as DIG, CBI has been extended for a period of six months beyond (17.05.2023) (total 7 years and 6 months).

The deputation tenure of three IPS officers working as Deputy Inspector General (DIG) in the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has been extended.

Their names are-

  1. Deputation tenure of 2005 batch IPS officer Raghavendra Vatsa of Gujarat cadre as DIG, CBI has been extended for a period of six months beyond (17.05.2023) (total 7 years and 6 months).
  2. Deputation tenure of 2011 batch IPS officer Murali Rambha of Tamil Nadu cadre as DIG, CBI has been extended for a period of one year i.e. from 08.07.2023 to 07.07.2024 (5 years in total).
  3. Deputation tenure of 2004 batch IPS officer Ms. Gagandeep Gambhir of Gujarat cadre as DIG, CBI has been extended for a period from 16.05.2023 to 24.11.2023.
