A 2011 batch IPS officer, Ghanshyam Bansal, of the AGMUT cadre, has been appointed to the post of Financial Advisor (Deputy Secretary) in the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), New Delhi for four years.
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on April 25, Mr. Bansal’s appointment to the post is on a deputation basis for a period of four years from the date of assumption of charge or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
