Mr. Rahul Bhagat (Chattisgarh cadre), who served as secretary to CM Vishnu Deo Sai, got empanelled as IG along with Mr. Prem Vir Singh (Gujarat cadre) and Mr. Kaliraj Mahesh Kumar S (Karnataka cadre).
