Telangana government has promoted 6 IPS officers of 2009 batch to the rank of DIG. Officers are Ambar Kishore Jha, on central deputation, Rema Rajeshwari, Ramagundam commissioner, LS Chowhan, DIG Jogulambda Gadwal, K Narayan Naik, Joint CP, traffic, Cyberabad, Parimata Hana Jacob, Joint CP, Admin, Hyderabad and S Ranga Reddy, DIG (PCS&S).
