Mr. Sagar Singh Kalsi, a 2010-batch AGMUT cadre IPS officer, has been appointed as Director in the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas (MoPNG), Delhi, on central deputation.

As per an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on February 4, 2025, Mr. Kalsi will serve in this role for a tenure of five years from the date of assuming charge or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
His appointment comes following a recommendation by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) for central deputation.
