Following a circular issued by the DoPT on May 31, Mr. Subhash Kumar (2011 batch IRS-IT officer), the incumbent Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting (MoIB), has been prematurely repatriated to his home cadre on personal grounds with the provision of extended cooling off.
