Following a circular issued by the DoPT on May 30, Mr. Sushil Kumar Singh (1993 batch IRSME officer) was mandated to assume office as the Chairperson of the Deendayal Port Authority of Kandla, Gujarat. The appointment was recommended by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet, whereby Mr. Singh shall assume the new charge till his superannuation on January 31, 2027, or until further orders.
