In a recent reshuffling of IAS officers in Jharkhand, Dr. Nitin Madan Kulkarni will continue in his role as Principal Secretary of the Department of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, and Cooperation. The Department of Personnel, Administrative Reforms, and Official Language issued a notification on Thursday night stating that, upon the advice of the Governor, Dr. Kulkarni will retain his position.
Additionally, the planned transfer of Vipra Bhal, who was initially appointed as Principal Secretary to the Governor of Jharkhand, has been cancelled. She will remain the Secretary of the Department of Information Technology and e-Governance while also holding the charge of the Commercial Tax Department and serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Jharkhand Communication Network Limited, Ranchi.
