In a ceremonial event held at the Police Headquarters on Thursday, Director General of Police (DGP) Jammu and Kashmir, R.R. Swain, officially pinned the Deputy Inspector General (DIG) rank onto IPS officer Mubassir Latifi. The ceremony was attended by Additional Director General of Police (Headquarters and Coordinated) PHQ, M.K. Sinha.
