Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited (MDL) has announced the appointment of Kedar Nath Gupta as Part-time Non-Official (Independent) Director on its Board.
According to a regulatory filing, the Ministry of Defence, through its letter No. 1(i)(70)/2021/MiscJD(NS) dated May 15, 2025, has approved the appointment for a period of three years from the date of notification of his appointment, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
