New Delhi: Kishore Gurdasani has been chosen for the post of Director (Operations) at Advanced Weapons and Equipment India Limited (AWEIL). The selection was finalized in a Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) meeting held on September 13, 2025.
PESB Selection Process
Gurdasani, currently serving as Executive Director/Operations (HAG NFU) at AWEIL Headquarters in Kanpur under the Ministry of Defence, emerged as the preferred candidate after the interview round. His name has now been forwarded to the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) for final approval.
The appointment will be subject to vigilance clearances and the ACC’s confirmation.
