Mathura: In a significant late-night administrative reshuffle, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Shlok Kumar made changes in the jurisdiction of four Circle Officers (CO) in Mathura district. The move comes amid rising concerns over law and order, with the SSP aiming to inject fresh energy into the system and streamline policing at key locations.

Trainee IPS Ashna Chaudhary Assigned Dual Responsibility

In a major development, trainee IPS officer Ashna Chaudhary, who joined Mathura just three days ago, has been entrusted with the charge of CO City and has also been made in-charge of Police Lines. The decision reflects the SSP’s confidence in the young officer’s potential to manage one of the district’s most sensitive postings.

Ashna’s appointment is seen as a bold and progressive move, offering her a platform to showcase her capabilities during the early phase of her IPS training.

Bhushan Verma Shifted to Chhata Circle

His transfer is viewed as part of a tactical rotation to further tighten law and order in Chhata region.

Ashish Sharma Moved to Mant Circle

Ashish Sharma, the outgoing CO of Chhata, has been assigned to Mant Circle. Having served in Chhata for an extended period, his new posting in Mant comes with a fresh set of challenges. His experience is expected to help in improving local policing in the new jurisdiction.
