LBSNAA Implements Strict Mobile Phone Ban in Designated Academic Zones

According to the official notice, the competent authority has decided that mobile phones will not be permitted in several key areas of the academy.

In an effort to maintain an undisturbed learning environment and uphold the decorum of the training program, the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) has announced a prohibition on the use of mobile phones in designated academic areas during the IAS Professional Training Course (Phase 2).

According to the official notice, the competent authority has decided that mobile phones will not be permitted in several key areas of the academy. The designated no-mobile zones include:

  • Aadharshila
  • Gyanshila
  • AN Jha Plaza
  • AN Jha Lawns
  • Karmshila
  • Dhruvshila
  • Director’s Office
  • Director’s Lawn
  • Sardar Patel Hall
  • Kalindi Lawns
  • Charleville Block
  • Sampoornanand Auditorium
  • Medical Center

Unauthorized use of mobile phones in these specified areas will be considered an act of indiscipline and will lead to the confiscation of the device. The administration has emphasized the importance of adhering to this directive to ensure a conducive academic atmosphere.

“We request all participants to adhere to this directive strictly and cooperate in maintaining a conducive academic atmosphere,” the notice reads. Trainees are encouraged to reach out to the course team if they have any questions or require further clarification.
