Jaipur: The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) Board has announced the appointment of Shri Mukesh Saini as the Chief Regional Officer at the IRCTC Regional Office in Jaipur, effective 20th June 2025, on usual terms of deputation.
Shri Saini previously served as Deputy Chief Commercial Manager (Passenger Marketing & Passenger Services) at NWR Headquarters, Jaipur. An officer of the Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) 2008 Batch, he brings with him over 17 years of experience in various capacities within Indian Railways.
His appointment is expected to further strengthen IRCTC’s regional operations in Rajasthan, particularly in passenger services, marketing, and tourism development.
