Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav on Monday reaffirmed the state government’s commitment to empowering youth through employment-oriented initiatives, stating that fulfilling the dreams of young people is key to India’s progress under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He emphasized that meaningful employment enables youth to transform their lives while contributing to nation-building.
The Chief Minister was virtually addressing the Yuva Sangam Rozgar Mela–2026, organized at Sarangpur in Rajgarh district, from Ravindra Bhavan in Bhopal. He informed that during the current financial year, Madhya Pradesh organized 626 job fairs, connecting approximately 1.02 lakh youths with employment opportunities.
At the Sarangpur event alone, out of nearly 35,000 registered candidates, more than 10,112 youths secured employment in a single day—setting a new state record for the highest number of job placements achieved in one day through a job fair.
Top National and Global Companies Participate
Minister Tetwal further noted that renowned national and international companies such as Tata, Mahindra, Kirloskar, Tesla, Eicher, Paytm, Pratibha Syntex and Motherson participated in the fair. Their active involvement not only created diverse employment opportunities but also strengthened industrial confidence and boosted the morale of local youth.
