Mazagon Dock’s board has recommended a final dividend of 54.2%, translating to ₹2.71 per share of ₹5 face value, for FY2024–25. The dividend, subject to approval at the 92nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 26, 2025, will be credited within 30 days of the meeting’s conclusion.
In its filing dated August 29, the company confirmed September 19, 2025, as the record date for determining eligible shareholders.

Bharat Dynamics has announced a final dividend of 13%, amounting to ₹0.65 per share of ₹5 face value, for FY2024–25. The record date is also fixed for September 19, 2025.
The dividend will be disbursed within 30 days from its declaration at the 55th AGM, scheduled for September 26, 2025, at 3 PM.
