Mumbai: Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited (MDL), a leading defence public sector enterprise, announced robust Q3 FY26 financial results, posting a net profit of ₹878 crore, up 14% year-on-year (YoY). The Board also approved a second interim dividend of ₹7.50 per equity share, with the record date set for February 13, 2026.

Q3 FY26 Financial Highlights

The company’s consolidated performance for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, is summarized as follows:

  • Net Profit: ₹877.78 crore, up 14.3% YoY from ₹807.04 crore in Q3 FY25
  • Revenue from Operations: ₹3,601.09 crore, up 14.6% YoY from ₹3,143.62 crore
  • Profit Before Tax (PBT): ₹1,119.63 crore, a 5.4% YoY increase
  • Earnings Per Share (EPS): ₹21.81

On a standalone basis, MDL reported a net profit of ₹837.13 crore (up 9% YoY) with revenue of ₹3,601.09 crore.

Nine-Month (9M FY26) Performance

For the nine months ending December 31, 2025:

  • Net Profit: ₹2,081.41 crore
  • Revenue from Operations: ₹9,155.92 crore

This reflects MDL’s steady growth and continued execution of shipbuilding and defence projects.

Interim Dividend Declaration

Demonstrating strong shareholder returns, the Board declared a second interim dividend of ₹7.50 per equity share (face value ₹5).

  • Record Date: February 13, 2026
  • Dividend Payment Completion: On or before March 7, 2026

Auditor Review

The unaudited financial results have been subjected to limited review by statutory auditors, M/s Sarda & Pareek LLP, Chartered Accountants, who issued an unmodified conclusion, confirming the results do not contain material misstatements.
