Jammu: The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has approved the promotion of sixteen Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers to the next higher grade, marking an important career progression for officers across different cadres. Among those promoted is Shubhankar Pratyush Pathak, a 2022-batch IAS officer, who is presently posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM), Uri, in Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir.
