The session will be held at the Steel Room, 3rd Floor, GPOA-3, Netaji Nagar, New Delhi. The initiative aims to provide a structured platform for companies and industry associations to raise concerns and seek clarifications regarding steel import-related matters.
Purpose of the Open House Meeting
The Open House has been organized to discuss key issues related to steel imports, including regulatory and procedural matters. Companies and associations from sectors such as auto, aerospace, telecom, and defence can present their concerns directly during the session.
The Ministry aims to resolve industry issues related to import procedures and improve clarity on existing compliance systems.

- Reference number of SIMS/SARAL SIMS/QCO exemption application (if applicable)
- Brief description of the issue (maximum 50 words)
- Name and designation of participant (third-party representation not allowed)
- Contact details including mobile number and email ID

The Open House will be conducted between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with specific time slots allotted via email confirmation.
