Strategic Discussions with Chief Secretary and Department Heads

Prior to the meeting with the Governor, the Mission Karmayogi team held a detailed session with Chief Secretary Mr K. Ramakrishna Rao and senior department heads of the Government of Telangana.

The discussion focused on customizing training content and aligning it with departmental goals. A central highlight was the iGOT Karmayogi platform, which offers anytime-anywhere digital learning for officers across ministries and departments.

Officials from various departments expressed the need for tailored learning pathways, designed to address unique governance priorities and field-level challenges.

Key Decision: iGOT Onboarding Across Departments

A major outcome of the meeting was the decision to onboard civil servants from multiple departments onto the iGOT platform, marking a crucial step in institutionalizing continuous learning within the Telangana bureaucracy.

The state’s training institutions were also identified as pivotal partners in this capacity-building journey, playing a key role in facilitating large-scale adoption and localized training interventions.
