Mumbai: MMTC-PAMP, India’s only LBMA-accredited gold and silver refinery, has inaugurated its first-ever Exclusive Brand Store in Rohini Sector 7, Delhi. The launch marks a significant milestone in the company’s retail strategy aimed at offering the purest 24K 999.9+ gold and silver coins and bars to consumers through an immersive, premium retail experience.

The new store was inaugurated by Mr Marwan Shakarchi, Group CEO of the MKS PAMP Group. This initiative reflects MMTC-PAMP’s vision to bring Swiss excellence – crafted in India – closer to customers by offering a trusted, transparent, and tactile shopping experience.

“This Exclusive Brand Store marks a first of many milestones in our overall retail expansion strategy,” said Mr Samit Guha, Chief Financial & Technology Officer, MMTC-PAMP. “It’s a step towards making the purest gold and silver more accessible while showcasing the exceptional quality and craftsmanship that define our products.”

The Brand Store concept is a natural progression from MMTC-PAMP’s Purity Verification Centers, with a sharper focus on offering a wide array of culturally inspired gold and silver products that are both investment-grade and gifting-friendly. From traditional motifs to modern designs, the coins and bars cater to a wide spectrum of customer preferences.

Each MMTC-PAMP product is:

  • Individually serialized
  • Packaged in tamper-proof, Assayer-certified ‘certicards’
  • Offered with positive weight tolerance, meaning every coin or bar weighs more than the marked weight, giving customers higher value

The company has ambitious plans to scale up this model to 200 Brand Stores across India in a phased manner, aiming to build a more inclusive and transparent precious metals retail network.

Founded in 2008, MMTC-PAMP is a joint venture between Switzerland-based PAMP SA and India’s MMTC Ltd., a Government of India undertaking. The company is globally recognized for adhering to the highest standards in refining, sustainability, and customer trust. It is the only Indian brand to offer 999.9+ purity gold and silver products with international recognition.

MMTC-PAMP has also been honored as India’s Most Trusted Brand at The Brand Story’s Indian Brand and Leadership Conclave 2024 and is part of the Elite 10 at Forbes DGEMS. It is also the first precious metals brand in India to have science-based emissions reduction targets approved by SBTi.

MMTC-PAMP is a joint venture between MMTC (Metals and Minerals Trading Corporation of India) Ltd, a public sector undertaking under the Indian government, and PAMP SA, a Swiss bullion brand.
