Mangaluru: Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL), a subsidiary of ONGC and one of India’s leading oil refining companies, today announced the appointment of three new Executive Directors. The decision marks a significant step in reinforcing the company’s senior leadership team as it continues its journey of operational excellence and strategic growth.

New Executive Directors Announced

In an official statement, MRPL confirmed that the following individuals have taken up their new roles, effective immediately:

Mr. Yogish Nayak S. has been appointed as Executive Director (Finance). With vast experience in financial strategy and risk management, Mr. Nayak is expected to play a key role in driving fiscal prudence and investment initiatives.

Dr. Deepak Prabhakar P. takes on the role of Executive Director (Marketing and Business Development). Dr. Prabhakar brings deep expertise in energy markets and corporate strategy, aimed at expanding MRPL’s market footprint and business alliances.

Mr. N. Anandha Kumar has been named Executive Director (Refinery). His operational leadership and technical acumen are expected to enhance efficiency and innovation in MRPL’s core refining operations.

These key appointments come at a crucial time as MRPL looks to scale operations, boost profitability, and position itself competitively in an evolving energy sector.
