According to a regulatory filing by the company, the Board will address the following key matters:

NFL Share Performance and Dividend History

NFL shares closed at ₹93.00 on the BSE, marking a 2.39% decline from the previous session. Despite the short-term dip, market attention remains high ahead of the financial announcement, especially with expectations around a possible dividend declaration.

As per data from Trendlyne:

  • NFL has declared 20 dividends since September 15, 2003.
  • In the last 12 months, the company declared an equity dividend of ₹0.27 per share.
  • At the current share price of ₹92.78, the dividend yield stands at 0.29%.

Investor Sentiment and Market Outlook

With input costs stabilizing and demand for fertilizers expected to pick up during the ongoing Kharif season, analysts suggest NFL may post steady to improved Q1 performance, potentially supporting a positive dividend decision.

The Q1 results and dividend news are being closely watched by retail and institutional investors, especially those focused on PSU dividend-paying stocks.
