New Delhi: NBCC (India) Limited on Monday announced that it has secured a work order worth approximately Rs 76.27 crore for infrastructure development works at Dharanidhar University, Keonjhar, Odisha. The contract, awarded by the university, falls under the company’s normal course of business, according to a regulatory filing submitted to stock exchanges.
Scope of Work at Dharanidhar University
The project includes the construction of:
- Academic building
- Hostel building
- Other essential infrastructure facilities
In addition, NBCC will undertake external development works across the university campus. The entire project will be executed under the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) model, ensuring professional oversight and timely completion.

NBCC will oversee all aspects of construction, design, and development while maintaining quality, safety, and sustainability standards. The project aligns with the university’s plan to strengthen academic and residential infrastructure to accommodate students and faculty efficiently.
